One of our main tasks is to make it technologically possible for more and more kinds of residual waste or unwanted products to be recycled as well as for such processes to make good business sense. Every year, REMONDIS collects, processes and markets 25 million tonnes of recyclable materials. This means for our customers: guaranteed supplies, guaranteed qualities and legal security. All natural resources of raw materials are finite. In contrast there is an infinite supply of recycled raw materials. Recovering such raw materials means guaranteed supplies; it protects the environment and at the same time reduces disposal costs. And the properties of our raw materials from secondary sources are of the same high level as those from primary sources! |
