What does REMONDIS do with steel and metal?

Old products made of steel and metal are first cut up using shears and shredders and then freed of any foreign matter. Following this, we press the scrap metal into parcels and deliver them to steelworks and foundries to be used again. Every year, REMONDIS feeds a good 9,000,000 tonnes of scrap and metal back into the production cycle.
