Office Communications Clerk (m/f).

Do you like to get things moving? Then training to be an office communications clerk could be the right path for you to take! You carry out a wide range of secretarial and assistant tasks within the administration department. Furthermore, you are responsible for a number of area-specific commercial and administrative activities and are an expert for text layout and communications.



The training course includes, among other things:

  • Organizing office technology processes, work and organizational equipment as well as work places
  • Handling text processing systems and office organizational equipment
  • Using office communications technology
  • Writing and laying out texts
  • Drawing up graphs, statistics, tables and presentations
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring appointments and business trips
  • Working on meeting documents and discussion notes as well as taking minutes
  • Supporting the personnel administration department
  • Processing receipts correctly for invoicing purposes and carrying out cost accounts
